The Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters will allow you to resell your tickets on his official resale web site safely and officially in case of impediment or illness as the date of the tournament approaches (excluding the Hospitality Packages, Boxes and Grande Nuit du Tennis tickets).

This option allows you to book early the best seats with total peace of mind.

The resale service is available until 9.00 am on the relevant day.

Tickets can only be resold at the price of face value with a 20% holdback.

1. Connexion and access to your orders

- Log on to your account (in the top right-hand corner of the page).

- Once connected to your account, go in the section “My tickets”.

2. Ticket resale

- Click on the button “Manage” on the day of your choice

- Click on “See More Actions” then on “Resell”

- Click on « I got it »

- Select the ticket or tickets that you wish to put up for sale and click on "Validate my tickets".

You can either resale your tickets individually or as a bundle (maximum of 4 adjacent tickets per bundle).

- Enter and validate the ticket price (face value)

The tickets can only be sold at face value with a 20% deduction.

- Enter your bank details and accept the Sales Terms then validate

- You will receive a confirmation email for the listing of your bundle.

3. Your resales follow-up

Your tickets currently on resale will be available in the section “My sales” - "Sales online” in your personal space.

Once your tickets will be sold, you will receive an e-mail confirming the purchase of your bundle.

Your order will then appear in the section “Sales completed”.

NB: The resale service is available until 9.00 a.m. the day in question.

As long as your tickets have not been sold, you can modify the tickets for sale or withdraw them from sale at any time.

If your tickets have already been purchased, you will no longer be able to cancel the sale.

Withdraw your tickets from sale

Log on to your "My account" (at the top-right of your screen).

Go in the section “My sales” - "My sales online".

Then click on the trash icon at the bottom right of the selected bundle, and confirm the cancellation of your sale.

You will then receive a confirmation email for the cancellation of your bundle listed for resale.

The final payment for your sale will be made in 15 days. It will then appear on your bank statement a few days later, depending on your bank's processing time.

1. Access to tickets for resale

- Click on the “Tickets” section in the navigation bar

or on the “Daily Tickets” tile on the ticketing homepage.

2. Selecting the day

- Choose the desired day and click the “Official Resale” button.

3. Selecting the seats

- View the available ticket bundles by clicking on each category offered,or by clicking directly on the colored stands on the seating map.

- Select the desired bundle from the list, or select the seats directly on the map,then click “Buy”.

- Then click on “View my cart”.

4. Cart validation

- Carefully check the contents of your cart, then proceed to payment by clicking “Continue.”

- Accept the Sales Terms, and click on “Pay.”

5. Order confirmation and ticket printing

- Once the transaction is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address you provided when creating your account.

Your order will be definitively confirmed after the payment is accepted.

- Find your tickets in your personal space located at the top right of the page (where your name appears), and select the “My Tickets” section.

- Enter a different beneficiary name for each e-ticket.

- You can then download or print your tickets.
