Here you will find the answers to the most frequently asked questions.
  1. HELP

    Requirements

    - A computer with an Internet connection.
    - Browsers : Google Chrome, Internet Explorer 9 (and later editions), Safari, Firefox, Opéra.
    - An A4 printer (ink jet or laser, black and white or colour) with blank, white paper
    - Adobe Reader software
    - A credit card (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard) to carry out your payment in our secure area.

    Login

    If it is your first visit, create your account clicking on "Login/Register" on the ticketing home page.

    If you have previously created an account in the new ticketing website, enter your email and password.

    Be sure to enter a valid e-mail address in order to receive the various confirmation e-mails.

    In case of activation of an account created on the old version of the ticketing website, please check the section "Activation of your acount".

    Activation of your account

    If you already have an account and you log in for the first time to our new ticketing website, please follow the instructions below.

    Click on "LOG IN/REGISTER" on the top right hand corner of the home page.

    Login/Register

    Then enter your email address and click on "Continue".

    Enter your email address again and click on "Continue".

    Activate

    You will then receive an email with the instructions and a link to reinitialise your password.
    The link will lead you to the following page.

    Set password

    Click on "Log in / Register"

    Enter your new password and repeat it to confirm it and then click on "continue".

    Buy your seats

    Select Event/Package

    Click "Buy" to access the event or package on sale.

    Select seats

    Select a category and enter the number of seats you wish to book.
    Then click on the button "Choose my seats".
    Booking via the map allows you to view the seats at the venue and choose them graphically.

    * Click on the seats that you would like to book and each seat will be added to your basket.
    * Once you have selected your seats, click on "Validate my order".

    My Cart

    Check the contents of your basket and select a delivery method for your seats (e-Ticket, shipping the tickets).
    You can add additional seats to your basket by clicking on "Continue shopping".

    Order confirmation and printing of tickets

    You will receive an order confirmation e-mail at the e-mail address that you provided during the identification process.

    Collect your e-Tickets from your account located in the top right-hand corner of the page and select the "My orders" section.
    Enter a different beneficiary name for each ticket.
    You will then be able to download your e-Tickets with Adobe Reader and if you wish print them clicking on each "e-Ticket" icons.


    The e-Tickets must be downloaded on a smartphone or printed in their entirety. Without the e-Tickets downloaded or printed, no access will be allowed.

  2. TICKETING

    Is it possible to cancel or alter an order or change seats?

    Printed tickets and e-Tickets cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

    The match schedules are provided for information only. Any cancellation, postponement, interruption or changes which may be decided by the organiser of the tournament may not give rise to any exchange or refund of this ticket, except in case of rain.

    Special reimbursement conditions only in the event of rain

    The following two conditions must be jointly fulfilled:
    - The ticket must have been purchased from the ticket office, before the day in question.
    - There must have been less than an hour and a half of play on the court represented by the numbered ticket, between 11:00 am and 8:00 pm, on the day in question.

    If the ticket fulfills the above two conditions, it should be returned to the S.M.E.T.T. within 5 days from the day the tournament ends, postmarked on or before that date.
    In case of pass tickets, the refund will be made on a pro rata basis.

    Is it possible to resell my tickets?

    The Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters will allow you to resell your tickets on his official resale web site safely and officially in case of impediment or illness as the date of the tournament approaches (excluding the Hospitality Packages, Boxes and Grande Nuit du Tennis tickets).
    This option allows you to book early the best seats with total peace of mind.

    The tickets can only be proposed for sale 24 hours after their purchase.

    Is the purchase of tickets on non-official websites safe?

    We remind you that each access ticket to the Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters is personal and only the buyer can enter the tournament.

    In case of resale, only the official website of the Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters (http://montecarlotennismasters.com/tickets/resale) guarantees valid tickets for the Tournament.

    All tickets bought from outside the ticket offices and desks or through non-official websites are purchased at the sole risk of the buyer who may be refused entry to the Tournament without the right to any compensation. 

    We recommend you to be very vigilant and remain at your disposal.

    Are the tickets personal?

    The tickets will all be issued with the name of the person who will have made the booking. Only the bar code will be checked electronically at the entrance of the tournament.
    In case of litigation, the identity of the ticket holder will be checked.


    E-Tickets

    E-tickets are strictly nominative. An identity control for each ticket holder may be made at all the tournament entrances.
    Access will be refused to all people unable to produce a valid identity document corresponding to the name on the ticket.

    How to book disabled tickets?

    People with disabilities wishing to book tickets must contact the ticketing office before the start of the tournament, to be eligible for suitable access facilities and specific conditions.
    Tickets not available on the ticketing website, to be booked imperatively with the ticketing office (subject to seat availability).

  3. HOSPITALITY PACKAGES

    What will be included in the expedition of my hospitality packages ?

    The tickets, a site plan, an access guide...

    When will I receive my hospitality packages ?

    After receiving your payment, the tickets will be sent by post mail to the address indicated on your order coupon, between January and March 2024.

    For orders taken only a few days before the event, the tickets will remain with us and can be withdrawn directly on site upon your arrival. We will inform you by email.

  4. RESALE

    Official website

    The official resale: the Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters allows you to resell your tickets safely and officially in case of impediment or illness as the date of the tournament approaches.

    The official website of the Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters is the only website that exclusively guarantees valid tickets for the tournament. Therefore for your security we remind you that tickets bought from outside the ticket offices and desks or through non-official websites, are purchased at the sole risk of the purchaser.

    Anyone holding tickets purchased from unofficial sites may be refused entry to the tournament without the right to any compensation.

    How can I buy tickets seats on resale ?

    Event selection

    Click "Book" to access the event on sale.


    Seats selection

    Click on “Seats on resale”.
    Choose the lot of seats that you wish to purchase and click on the corresponding green basket.
    NB: As part of the resale, it is not possible to add several lots in the same order.
    Then proceed to payment.

     

    Order confirmation and printing of tickets

    Your order will be definitively validated after acceptance of the payment.
    Once the transaction will be validated, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail at the e-mail address that you provided during the account creation process.
    Collect your tickets from your personal space located in the top right-hand corner of the page (your name will be visible there) and select the "My orders" section.
    Enter a different beneficiary name for each ticket.
    You will then be able to click on the "e-Ticket" icons to download your e-Tickets with Adobe Reader, and print them.

    How to propose my tickets to the resale?


    Log on to your personal space (in the top right-hand corner of the page).

    When you are in your “Personal space”, go to the section “My resales”.

    Select your order and then the ticket or tickets that you wish to resale.

    You can either resale your tickets individually or as a lot by clicking on the "Resell" button or by creating a lot using the multiple selections.

    NB: in case of the resale of a large number of tickets for the same day, same court and same category, we suggest that you propose your tickets individually or in small lots in order to facilitate their sale.


    The tickets can only be sold at face value with a 20% deduction.

    Your tickets currently on resale will be available in the section "Resale in progress" of your personal space.

    Once your tickets will be sold, you will receive an e-mail confirming the purchase of your lot.

    Your order will then appear in the section “Finalised resales”.

    NB: The resale service is available until 9.00 a.m. the day in question.
    The tickets purchased can only be proposed for sale after 24 hours.

    Is it possible to cancel the tickets I have put up for sale ?

    As long as your tickets have not been sold, you can modify the tickets for sale or withdraw them from sale at any time.
    If your tickets have already been purchased, you will no longer be able to cancel the sale.

    Withdraw your tickets from sale

    Log on to your "Personal Space" (at the top-right of your screen).
    When you have logged on to your "Personal Space", go in the section "My current resales".
    Select the lot that you wish to withdraw from sale, then click on "Cancel my lot".
    You will then have to “Confirm the cancellation of the lot”.

    When will I be paid ?

    You will receive your payment 15 days following the purchase of your ticket by a web user. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the transfer has been made.

  5. PAYMENT

    Payment

    Follow the instructions to proceed with your payment in our secure area.
    Payment for your order should be made by bank card on the CIC secure site. Payment is carried out by the merchant TICK&LIVE which hosts and manages the online ticket office platform .
    When you are on the CIC payment page, enter your bank details: credit card number, card expiry date and card security code, then validate.

    IMPORTANT: 3D Secure

    The online ticket office uses a payment system which complies with the "3D Secure" standard, intended to make online payments even safer.
    After validation of your bank details (credit card number, expiry date and card security code) on the payment page, you will be redirected to a form from your own bank, asking you to enter a secret code known only to you.

    This code has been sent to you by your bank. The format of this code varies by bank e.g. date of birth, numerical code, alphanumerical code, etc. Some banks send this code via an SMS message, which is sent to you as you are about to pay. If you do not know your code, contact your bank to obtain it.

    The payment will only be accepted after validation of this code by your bank. Your order will be definitively validated after acceptance of the payment.

    Is the site payment system secure ?
