1. Access the ticketing home page

• Click on the “TICKETS” tab in the navigation bar,

• OR on the “DAILY TICKETS” button from the homepage.

2. Choose your offer

• Select the day of your visit,

• then the offer of your choice: Daily Tickets or 2-Court Pack,

• and click on “Choose this offer”.

3. Select your seats

• Choose your category from the list or directly on the map.

• Enter the number of tickets you wish to book, then click on “Choose my seats”.

• Select your seats in the stands and confirm by clicking on “See my cart”.

4. Check your cart

- Verify the content of your cart.

- You can also change the delivery mode for your tickets (e-tickets or shipping) by clicking on “Change ticket type”.

NB : The ticket type must be the same for all the tickets in a same order.

When making your purchase, you can choose between e-tickets (to download from your personal account) or thermal paper tickets sent by post.

Thermal paper tickets

The tickets will all be issued with the name of the person who will have made the booking. Only the bar code will be checked electronically at the entrance of the tournament. In case of litigation, the

identity of the ticket holder will be checked.

E-Tickets

E-tickets are strictly nominative. An identity control for each ticket holder may be made at all the tournament entrances.

Access will be refused to all people unable to produce a valid identity document corresponding to the name on the ticket.

Printed tickets and e-Tickets cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

The match schedules are provided for information only. Any cancellation, postponement, interruption or changes which may be decided by the organiser of the tournament may not give rise to any exchange or refund of this ticket, except in case of rain.

Special reimbursement conditions only in the event of rain

The following two conditions must be jointly fulfilled:

- The ticket must have been purchased from the ticket office, before the day in question.

- There must have been less than an hour and a half of play on the court represented by the numbered ticket, between 11:00 am and 8:00 pm, on the day in question.

If the ticket fills the above two conditions, it should be returned to the S.M.E.T.T. within 5 days from the day the tournament ends, postmarked on or before that date.

In case of pass tickets, the refund will be made on a pro rata basis.

E-tickets must be downloaded on your smartphone or printed in full. Without a visible e-ticket on your smartphone or a printed copy, no access will be granted.

The Priority Sales are subject to ticket purchase limits of 8 tickets for the 2-Day Pass, 3-Day Pass, Tournament Pass in super category, Prestige category and 1st catgory, as well as for Thursday in Super Category.

There is no special rate for children.

However, entry to the tournament is free for children under 5 years old, accompanied by at least one responsible person (upon presentation of an identity document). Since no seat is allocated to them, they must necessarily sit on their accompanying person’s lap.

If your order has been successfully validated, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided during your registration.

Collect your e-Tickets from your account located in the top right-hand corner of the page.

Click on the section "My orders".

Enter a different beneficiary name for each e-ticket.

You will then be able to download your e-Tickets with Adobe Reader and if you wish print them clicking on each "e-Ticket" icons.

The e-Tickets must be downloaded on a smartphone or printed in their entirety. Without the e-Tickets downloaded or printed, no access will be allowed.

All tickets bought from outside the ticket offices and desks or through unofficial websites are purchased at the sole risk of the buyer who may be refused entry to the Tournament without the right to any compensation.

Only the official Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters resale site guarantees the validity of a TICKET.

We recommend you to be very vigilant and remain at your disposal.

We remind you that each access ticket to the Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters is personal and only the buyer can enter the tournament.
