Once your order is finalised, no modifications can be made. The meal time will be assigned based on the details you selected during your purchase.

Hospitality packages are not eligible for resale. Tickets do not benefit from a right of retraction. All purchases are therefore firm and definitive.

CANCELLATION SERVICE

However, at the time of purchase online, you have the option to subscribe to our FLEX cancellation service, which allows you to obtain a 90% refund of your ticket price, with no justification required, up until 48 hours prior to the ticket date.

You can send your dietary requirements or allergy information to the Ticketing Service at pack@smett.mc before March 15th. After this date, we cannot guarantee that your request will be accommodated.

We also recommend reminding the restaurant staff of your dietary requirements upon arrival.

No dress code is required for the Tournament or the Hospitality packages.
