I haven’t received my order, what should I do? First of all, check the tracking of your package. The tracking number was emailed to you. Secondly, contact your post office. Is online payment secure?
The online store uses a payment system that complies with the "3D Secure" standard, which aims to make online payments more secure. After validating your bank details (credit card number, expiry date and visual cryptogram) on the payment page, you will be redirected to a form from your own bank, asking you to enter a secret code known only to you . This code was sent to you by your bank. Payment will only be accepted after validation of this code by your bank. The format of this code varies according to the banks: date of birth, digital code, alphanumeric code, etc. Some banks transmit this code via an SMS sent to you at the time of payment. If you do not know it, contact your bank to get it.

Withdrawal conditions
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return your products within a period of 14 days to the SMETT, Residence Le Puccini - 48 Boulevard D'Italie 98000 Monaco. The return mailing costs are your responsibility. The articles must reach us complete and intact (neither used, worn nor washed ...) and in their original packaging. If your return is due to an error on our part or to a defective product, contact us so we can provide you with a pre-stamped Colissimo return label if you are in France, DOM/TOM, or Europe. If you are domiciled abroad, we cannot provide you with a return label. Nevertheless, the return costs will be refunded.
EXCHANGE / REFUND
Can I exchange an ordered item? An exchange of article is possible in case of error in size, for example. Return mailing costs are your responsibility. The articles must reach us complete and intact (neither used, worn nor washed ...) and in their original packaging. Shipping costs for replacement items will be covered by our services.
Can I request a refund? The refund of your order will be considered in only one case: a broken or defective item upon reception.
