The RMCM Flex Cancellation Service is proposed to you during your ticket(s) buying journey on our ticketing website. Simply add it to your cart and your eligible ticket(s) will be covered as soon as your order has been paid for.
A ticketing product corresponds to of the following:
- Single ticket
- Pack of multiple ticket
The ticketing product may include hospitality.
To be eligible for the RMCM Flex Cancellation Service, the ticketing product cannot exceed 10 000€ TTC.
To ensure that your refund request is processed within the legal time limit of 48 hours, please visit Embedcover refund platform.
Your login details are :
- The e-mail address you used to order your ticket(s)
- The membership number you received by email or your order number.
You can also send your refund request by e-mail to contact@embedcover.com or by post to Embedcover 141, avenue de Wagram 75017 Paris.
The delay is 48 hours maximum, excluding weekends and public holidays and except for refund requests made by post.
A confirmation email will be sent by Embedcover, within a maximum of 48 hours following your order.
If don't receive the confirmation email, please check your "spam email" and, if necessary, send your request to contact@embedcover.com .

For exemple, if you have a day ticket for April 8th, you will be able to cancel your ticket until April 6ht at 10h59. Any cancellation made after that will not be accepted.
No. Embedcover will reimburse you by bank transfer using the bank details entered in the reimbursement process (SEPA bank transfer in Euro or by bank transfer outside the euro zone).
If you order multiple tickets for multiple matches and select the RMCM Flex Cancellation Service, all eligible tickets in your order will be covered. Your refund request may concern one or more matches.
